Terms of Service

Operating rules, service timelines, and payment structures for our information technology services.

1. Provision of Information Technology Services

By engaging with CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC., you agree to the terms governing our information technology services, which may include managed IT support, network administration, cybersecurity support, and cloud services. CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. will execute these services in accordance with industry best practices, employing custom strategies tailored to your business objectives. The specific scope of work, response expectations, and deliverables will be formally outlined in a dedicated Service Level Agreement (SLA) or initial proposal provided prior to the commencement of any service engagement.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

Information technology service work is iterative and ongoing. While CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. will provide estimated timelines for assessments, implementations, and expected milestones, these timelines are contingent upon timely communication and access delivery from the client. Delays in providing necessary credentials, approvals, or infrastructure access may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline. While we strive for reliable outcomes, no absolute guarantee can be made for factors outside our direct operational control.

3. Payment Terms and Service Fees

Invoices for information technology services are typically structured as monthly retainers unless defined as a distinct project fee. Payment to CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. is due upon receipt of the invoice prior to the commencement of that month's service period. Third-party software, hardware, or cloud subscription costs are strictly the responsibility of the client and are separate from service management fees. Failure to remit payment within the specified grace period may result in a temporary pause of active support until accounts are settled.

4. Client Responsibilities and Access

For CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. to successfully provision services, the client must provide necessary authorizations, digital assets, and access credentials. The client warrants that they hold the rightful licenses, copyrights, or ownership to all software, systems, and materials provided to us for use in service delivery. CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. is not liable for any copyright infringements stemming from materials supplied directly by the client.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the specific notice period defined in the SLA (typically 30 days). Upon termination, CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. will finalize pending reports, transfer applicable administrative access back to the client, and invoice for any prorated work completed up to the date of termination. CJ - Information Technology Services, LLC. reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client engages in unethical business practices or violates the terms outlined herein.
